The Makewell Community
Makewell is made up of makers, doers, and risk-takers from all industries and crafts, and that's why we love it. We want to grow the maker community so that we can learn from one another and collaborate to make better. We have both a diverse community of makers as our events are welcome to everyone with a growing membership for those wanting to take their craft to the next level. What are you waiting for?
Andrea LaMontagne , Entreprenuer

A few things her repertoire include: Managing a coffee shop in Minneapolis, selling a refurbishing company to Los Angeles, and working with designers, seamstresses, and manufacturers around the United States on clothing lines. Her favorite thing: Optimizing and passing the torch! Andrea always has her hands in a number of exciting ventures, and she is happy to be a part of what Makewell is doing for the Midwest makers!
Ashton Hauff is a brand content designer and photographer passionate about the intersection of creativity and community. As the founder of Makewell, Ashton loves seeing other makers and small businesses succeed, especially when it comes to visually telling their story. When she’s not designing or photographing clients at golden hour, you’ll find her with her husband and (large) pup on an outdoor adventure or planning the next Makewell event.
Ben Brick, Illustrator
Ben Brick strives to bring a unique aesthetic to the local area using illustration and design. He lives just out of Bismarck with his wife and son.
Jack of all trades + master of none? Maybe... I'm a banker, podcaster, wannabe blacksmith, downtown advocate, and Makewellian that really just wants to help the community that I love shine. In my free time (ha!), you'll find me kayaking with my wife, playing games of all types, or just enjoying a good conversation with friends.
